Long before ARU Clinical Coaching & Consulting Group was created, the foundation was already taking shape. As a child, I turned my dresser into a makeshift classroom board and taught lessons to my teddy bears. That early love for teaching, planning, and organizing eventually led me toward a high school magnet program with plans of becoming a teacher.
My professional path ultimately led me to social work, but my passion for teaching never disappeared. As I moved into leadership, training, and professional development, I recognized how naturally those strengths complemented my work as a social worker.
Over the course of my career, I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW), became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor (LCSW-QS) in Florida, and earned the Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential. My experience spans from school social work, outpatient and community-based psychotherapy, behavioral health, hospital case management, healthcare leadership, travel social work, and clinical utilization review.Â
ARU Clinical Coaching & Consulting Group is the natural continuation of that journey—a place where my passion for teaching, planning, leadership, and social work comes together to support future clinical social workers as they strengthen their clinical judgment, build confidence, and grow toward independent practice.
